The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 is here, so I curated a wishlist of all the things I have my eyes on. I used to work at Nordstrom during my college days, and I remember the sales always having some pretty good deals.
Each year I get excited to see which brands Nordstrom curates for their anniversary sale. This year (like every other year), I want to treat myself and make a purchase.

1. Diptyque Set of 5 Travel Size Limited Edition Scented Candles
I’ve seen these candles all over Instagram. I’ve been wanting to buy it for the longest time, but it’s one of those purchases where you ask yourself, “Do I reallllly want to spend $36 on one candle?” I love candles, but it’s hard for me to spend that much on just one. This is the best time to buy these candles because they’re a travel set of 5 for $55!
2. Kiehl’s Jumbo Size Midnight Recovery Concentrate
I’ve tried this concentrate before, and my skin really likes it. It rejuvenates my skin overnight, making my skin feel plump and hydrated when I wake up.
3. Personal Microderm Pro Device
Watching people use this device is so satisfying, seeing the vacuum suck the gunk out of pores. Gross, but satisfying! I want to try this out for myself.
4. RevitaBrow® ADVANCED Eyebrow Conditioner Duo
I kid you not, I was going to buy this a few days ago… before finding out it was part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020. I watched a review on Youtube, and the results were amazing. My eyebrows are really sparse, so I’m definitely buying this once Aug. 18 is here. I know, I have to wait since I’m not a cardholder 🙁 hopefully it doesn’t sell out! I was debating if I should also buy the lash conditioner. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with thick brows and eyelashes.
This is another product I see all over Instagram, and have been wanting to try.
6. Supergoop! Superscreen Daily Moisturizer SPF 40 Sunscreen Set
I’ve tried Supergoop! products and really like them. I’m running out of sunscreen, so this would be a good time to restock.

1. Jeffrey Campbell Troye Square Toe Bootie
I have similar boots that I’ve had for years, which I wore all throughout college. They were my favorite, but it’s time to buy a new pair. My old pair of boots are scuffed and worn down.
2. Argento Vivo Knife Edge Crescent Hoop Earrings
Argento Vivo is one of my favorite jewelry brands. They have timeless pieces that will go with practically any outfit. These earrings give an edgy twist to a classic hoop.
3. Longchamp Le Pliage Expandable Tote
A classic I’ve been wanting to buy for the longest time.
4. Steven New York Hades Strappy Slide Sandal
You can never go wrong with some cute sandals. I only have like 2 pairs of cute sandals, and then other than that, I always wear my Rainbows. I need some variety!
5. The North Face Cragmont Fleece Jacket
I don’t really have any casual jackets I can just throw on. It’s either a hoodie or crew neck. This color way is my vibe.
6. Topshop Faux Leather Blazer
This faux leather blazer caught my eye because you can throw it on a simple outfit, and instantly look like you tried. It’s a classic blazer I know I’d wear for years to come.

Now, we wait till August 18th. The hardest part will be deciding which items I want to buy. In terms of clothing, I really try my best to not just buy just to buy. I’m working on being conscious when it comes to having a wardrobe that will last me for years. I feel like I’ve been doing good so far because I usually splurge on multiple random items without thinking too much about my impact. I’ve been investing in nicer pieces, and when I do buy from fast fashion, I make sure it’s something I’d wear a lot. I try to stray away from trendy pieces when buying new.
