2025 Ins & Outs

Love making ins and outs lists, and this year is already off to a great start. I might add more to it later, but I’ll def be busy this year (as always).

In:

  • Cooking at home and weekly meal planning
  • Staying hydrated and moisturized (skincare and drinking more water)
  • Under consumption
  • Cleaning routines, morning/night routines… just routines in general
  • Staying in and enjoying my rent lol
  • HIIT, hot pilates, yoga, stretching
  • Work-life balance
  • Doing my own manicures at home (love getting a good pedicure at the salon though!)
  • Going on staycations with my partner every once in a while
  • Taking morning walks on the weekend
  • Using my blog as a journal and writing more
  • Being more mindful about what I consume
  • Speaking to financial advisors
  • Protecting my peace

Out:

  • Wasting groceries
  • Getting less than 8 hours of sleep
  • Letting my worries from work creep into my life outside of work
  • Doom scrolling
  • Eating too much sugar
  • People/things who lower my energy
  • Falling off a good habit
  • Paying for subscriptions I don’t use anymore
