I recently starting doing my own hair blowouts at home and have added a few blowout hair products to my vanity. If you’re new to blowouts, these products are beginner friendly and super versatile.

This post is about the blowout hair products I use to maintain the best blowout at home.

Blowout Hair Products

OUAI Scalp Serum

For thicker and healthier looking hair, I use the OUAI Scalp Serum on my hair wash days. Fuller looking hair helps make your blowout more voluminous, so this is a perfect blowout hair product to add to your routine. The thinning scalp serum helps balance and hydrate your scalp to create an ideal environment for hair to thrive.

UNITE Hair 7SECONDS Detangler Leave-In Conditioner

Great for detangling and softening, this is the perfect spray to prep and condition your hair before your blowout. The leave-in conditioner lasts a long time and you can still use it on the days that you don’t blowout your hair. I’ve had my first and only bottle for over a year!

Redken Quick Blowout: Lightweight Blow Dry Primer Spray

This spray conditions and smooths hair for an effortless blowout. It has flash drying technology, reducing your blow dry time. Plus, it acts as a heat protectant. It can’t get much better than this. The Redken Primer Spray is the perfect blowout hair product.

amika Un.Done Volume & Matte Texture Spray

A lightweight, dry finishing spray that creates instant volume + sexy texture. I personally like texture sprays over hairsprays because it gives volume and hold without the harsh ‘crunch’ that hairsprays can give you.

SOL DE JANEIRO Brazilian Glossy Nourishing Hair Oil

This is a frizz-fighting, moisturizing, and shine-enhancing oil. It’s a good blowout hair product for finishing of your look. A little goes a long way with this product.

Blowout Hair Tools

Conair Self Grip Hair Rollers

Hold your hair in velcro rollers as it cools down to give your blowout extra volume. This set from Conair includes multiple sizes, but I’d suggest buying a set that includes only 1.25 or 1.5 inch curlers. I don’t really use the smaller curlers in this set.

Kitsch Ceramic Thermal Hair Rollers

I have a pack of these rollers from Kitsch and recommend buying two if you have thick hair. This pack includes all of the sizes you need. Plus, the rollers use a ceramic-coated core to evenly distribute heat and set curls while cooling to provide longer-lasting volume with less heat.

Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler – Complete Long

THE best hair tool. It includes multiple attachments that allow you to style your hair multiple ways. In the TikTok video in the post, I was using the round brush attachment. It’s expensive, but I think it’s worth the money because it’s high quality and does so much. It’s usually out of stock, so I like to share links when they’re available.

If the Dyson Airwrap is not in your budget right now, the hair tools below are also some hair tools that I own and like. They’re great alternative choices for affordable blowout hair tools.
